How does virtual trip planning work?
You tell us how many days you have, your approximate budget and the experiences you’re interested in. With that, we suggest routes and options to plan your trip, over WhatsApp.
How do I get started?
Pick a route you like and tap “Plan on WhatsApp”, or message us from the contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and Yape/Plin for payments within Peru.
How much do I pay to book?
A 30% deposit secures your spot. The balance is due up to 30 days before departure. (Adjust to your policy.)
What is the cancellation policy?

Can I customize a route?
Yes. Our routes are starting points: they can be adjusted to your days, budget and pace.
Can I travel solo?
Of course. We plan routes for solo travelers, couples, families and groups.
Which languages do you speak?
English or Spanish, depending on what you need. English is our main planning language.
Health & altitude
What is altitude sickness?
Cusco sits at 3,400 m (11,150 ft). We recommend resting on your first day, staying hydrated and drinking coca tea. Talk to your doctor before you travel.
Do I need vaccines?
The yellow fever vaccine is recommended for the Amazon. Check with a travel medicine clinic.
Documents
Do I need a visa to travel to Peru?
Citizens of many countries, including the United States, do not need a visa for tourist stays. Check the current requirements for your nationality before you travel.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it, especially for trekking and adventure trips.
